GTA Online Casino Update
The casino has been a long untouched part of the GTA Online map, but Rockstar Games has finally opened its doors! Following on from successful updates such as Online Heists, Executives and Other Criminals and After Hours, Diamond Casino & Resort allow players to engage in activities, buy penthouses and more to add to their vast criminal empire.
Diamond Casino promises players a place “to let go of your inhibitions and your sense of the passage of time”. It seems Rockstar’s aim is to create a high end entertainment space with endless opportunities for those who can afford it. GTA Casino Games
The Diamond Casino has all the latest games for players to gamble their ill-gotten gains on. On entry to the casino, you can cash in for chips which acts as the primary currency of the resort – this is separate from your normal GTA bank account. Table games included are Blackjack, Three Card Poker and Roulette. You’ll also see various Slot Machines throughout the resort, adorned with GTA universe franchises such as Twilight Knife and Impotent Rage. Inside Track offers a virtual horse racing experience while spinning the Lucky Wheel gives you the chance to win chips, cash, clothing and even supercars that change weekly – the first being the Truffade Thrax Supercar!
Casino Membership
The casino is open to everyone in GTA Online, however there are extra incentives to upgrade your membership. VIP Membership is automatically given to visitors who purchase a luxury penthouse at the Diamond Casino.

Penthouses are a core element of the GTA casino update. The high-end property grants players not only VIP membership but with a home presenting a vast array of rooms and features which can be upgraded.

Your master penthouse also grants you access to a new co-op campaign which tasks players to work with casino owner, Tao Cheng, to keep the resort safe from rich Texans. If you complete all these missions, you will gain a new vehicle for free – Rockstar have not commented on what it is.
GTA Casino Store
The GTA Casino stores allows you to decorate your pad with stunning artwork. Purchases are made using chips from the casino where you can also purchase new clothing and accessories.
Where is The Casino in Los Santos?
Diamond Casino & Resort is located next to the Vinewood Racetrack. You will recognise the building as it has been in the game since 2013. An “opening soon” sign was placed on the property which teased an update. In June 2019, cosmetic changes started to appear at the location which fuelled the initial speculation.
